问个VISA Serial configuration 的问题

安装了NI-VISA，可是运行时出现了这样的一种错误。
VISA：（Hex 0XBFFF0011)
Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system.
这又不懂了。

兄弟您的串口资源（或其他资源）有没有被其他程序占用，或者这个串口（或其他资源）号存在吗？
