Indicates whether an error occurred. If an error occurred, this VI returns a description of the error and optionally displays a dialog box. This VI calls the General Error Handler VI and has the same basic functionality as General Error Handler but with fewer options.

这是帮助文档的话！

也就是说它显示错误是否发生了，如果发生了，则返回错误的描述，以及显示一个错误对话框出来。
