GetTCPPeerName的问题

以前用过没什么问题，现在用了一台新装系统的机器之后，设定了计算机的名称（客户机）。再启动程序时候，在服务器会出错误提示。就是GetTCPPeerName（）出错。

NON-FATAL RUN-TIME ERROR:   "plot.c", line 76, col 13, thread id 0x00000D8C:   Library function error (return value == -20 ). Information not available

应该算很简单，很白痴的问题。。。

这种问题不调试一般是难以发现问题的！
