[求助]为什么得到了不同的结果?大人帮忙啊

1st attatched question :为什么这两个while loops 得到了不通的结果.
2nd attatched qusetion :为什么我用LV调用state bar ActiveX ,顺序结构的第一项(正在进行录入操作)不能在state bar 上显示,顺序结构的第二项可以正常显示.

<>第一图：我觉得结果应该是一样的，由于程序没有为‘响应按钮’定义事件，所以在运行时直接读取‘响应按钮’的默认值，另外while循环上数据通道的值以第一次读取的值为准，直到循环结束，而两个循环上数据通道的值很显然是相对应的，所以我觉得结果应该是一样的。----- 也许我理解错了呵呵</P>
