这次招聘的职位是FCT软件开发工程师要求简要如下：
1、熟悉LabVIEW编程语言或或者LabWindows/CVI，至少有三年以上自动化项目开发经验,
     或者熟悉VB.net、VC等语言，在仪器控制和自动检测方面至少有四年以上开发经验；
2、熟练掌握计算机硬件接口(COM/USB/Ethernet/GPIB)等的软件编程方法(LabVIEW/LabWindowsCVI VB.net VC++...)
3、熟悉美国国家仪器National Instrument PXI station system,了解射频、音频、视频等PXI数据采集卡的编程使用；
4、曾经运用NI IMAQ Module 开发过视觉分析方面的系统。

Job Responsibilities

1．负责制定新产品的功能级计划并提出最优化测试方案, 负责测试设备的设计和制造跟踪.
     Responsible for new product functional test goal, and provide optimized test plan, design related test equipment and follow its manufacture.
2．依据产品功能要求和生产周期提出可兼容性和高可靠性的设计方案.
Provide high reliability and compatible design concept according to product functional  
requirements and manufacture cycle.
3．设计方案的生产可行性评审.
      Review the manufacture feasibility of product design.
4．依据时间表组织并实施项目，满足生产进度和要求.
Organize and perform the project in accordance with the schedule. And meet production requirements.
5．对生产测试中遇到的问题进行分析和解决，对产品的设计和生产工艺进行评审.
      Analyze and solve manufacture problems. Review product techniques and product designs.
6．负责对设计师和生产商提供技术支持.
   Provide technical support to design engineers and manufacture.
8．依据生产现状和设备使用情况制定产品功能验证流程，完善测试流程.
Conduct product function validation process based on product status and facility usage status, optimize the test process.
9．与团队建立良好的沟通，使新产品顺利完成生产.
Build good communication between design team and manufacture team. Make a successful   completion of the production of new products.

Qualifications & Attributes  

1．电子工程/自动控制/计算机本科或本科以上学历.
      BS degree or higher of Electronics/Mechanics or Computer Engineering.
2.   熟练掌握计算机硬件接口(COM/USB/Ethernet/Labview) 的C++编程.
      Familiar with C++ programming methods of PC hardware interface (COM/USB/Ethernet/Labview).
3．熟悉各种MCU底层代码开发，熟练运用MS office和P-CAD．
      Familiar  with  MCU coding, MS office and P-CAD．
4. 熟悉软件工程方法以及整个生命周期开发流程；了解UML 并有相关经验更佳;
      Familiar with software engineering method and full life cycle development process; knowledgeand experience of UML is preferred;
5．具备一定的FCT,ICT和DFM流程能力，了解生产工艺和产品加工测试流程．
     Have abilities in FCT,ICT and DFM, Know production process and function test process.
6. 至少三年嵌入式软件开发经验，有消费类/便携式电子产品开发者优先.
     3~5+ years of experience with MS.NET and C/C++/OOP theory, proficient both in theory and practice.
7．良好的团队精神和沟通能力, 较强设计审核和解决问题能力．
   Good teamwork and communication skills, strong design review and problem solving  ability.
8．英语基础良好，听说读写熟练.
      Fluent English skill both in written.
9．有安防类产品设计/制造经验者优先.
      Experience in security industry  is preferred.
