遇到一个难题，想做个飞机升降速度表！

小弟是学民航的，要用LV做个飞机上的升降速度表，就是显示飞机上升和下降的速度的，
<>可我用LV不会做这个表的表盘，表盘我用画图工具简单的做了一下，如下图，求各位前辈能</P>
<>赐教。</P>
<>表盘要求：指针能根据输入显示，例如输入—5，则指针指向表盘—5处，表盘示数“不”是均匀的。</P>
